Dear all,
What are the major risks for product approval process, from you experience?. If you are going to make an audit on product approval process, what should be your focus? What kind of risks are you trying to find in this process?

Luciano,

As an auditor, I always verify that PPAP records are complete and kept up-to-date. The FMEA records and control plans should be "living", meaning that these are updated as changes (hopefully for good reason) occur.

It's important that customer-specific requirements are identified and considered in the PPAP.

There are many more, but these would be my initial focus.
