Hence my starting the other thread http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?p=299028#post299028 Paul! Maybe instead of individuals here offering comments, the (collective) committees of TC 176 should do some browsing here and see what they come up with. After all, it's their job! We've done our bit by asking questions, discussing topics and posturing answers. Surely, by browsing the various topics here, committee members should get some pretty good ideas of what needs doing! They've got a while to start on the analysis.......

That is why I had started the What should be changed in the ISO 9001:2014 Standard? (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=30496) thread.

I'm not on the working group either, I have real work to do.
One item that is in the link Sidney provided is doing something with D&D (7.3), it is cumbersome and confusing. Just last year I had to develop an 8-hour course just covering it for a couple of clients who were struggling with trying to meet it. ( Thanks to Craig Cochran and a couple of others who helped start my juices flowing on this one....8 hours on D&D, verification-validation......whew!:frust:

Sorry, Sidney. I'll happily refer people to your thread instead! :)
