Hi Yscha, welcome to the Cove.

I think you have covered the main elements in your flow chart but some of the linkages are a little confused.

For example Document Control is not an output from Management Review, it is something which applies throughout the QMS and Management Review should be to review the business performance as a whole, not as an output from a specific project.

There are many examples of top level process flow charts in other threads in this section. Take an hour to read some of these threads and it may point you in the right direction. If you have any questions after this, please come back and ask!

You may wan to place the Visio file in a Word Document and/or save it in an older version of Visio. Some Cove Members will not be able to open the file, because they may not have Visio. You may get better comments.

I've saved my visio file as a jpg file for those who couldn't open it.

One suggestion that you may want to consider: Internal Audits apply to all processes within the organization. So you may want to connect Internal Audits to all processes.

I have attached one that I use. The internal audits on this flow is connected to all of our process. I have broken it down into various other Flows on other files.

Jpeg appreciated, :agree1: I don't use visio, I use yEd, and they aren't compatible. I agree, the info is pretty well there, but I found the flowchart a bit hard to follow. Perhaps a different style of diagram would suit this information better. The turtle diagram; circular or organic charts (not sure if visio has these options).
