Hey guys,
I would like to know how to implement this requirement for a Training and Consultancy company?
more I'm interested to know what form or processes in need to develop to comply with this section?
FYI, we do design our service and training for customers.
Thanks

Your question is too broad. A bit like: how do we get to the moon?
If you can be more specific in 1. the context: what you do and 2. what process/s you current use and 3. what specific queries you have, I would respond.
But the only way to respond to so general & vague a question is with way more words and guesses than I have time for. ;)
The more & better the info you give, the more & better response you'll get.

Jane is right. Your question is simply not reply friendly - too long to type and guess what, many of us simply don't do these things anymore if not for the love of the Cove.
To know the processes involved, you need to know what your organization does with regards to design of your product - service and training.
Let's talk about training. Do you change you curriculum? (Such as in response to a new version of ISO 9001?) Who are those responsible (team that oversees design)
What are the inputs - from where do you get inputs for your training? Do you survey the needs of the industry you served, plus many others. Who then put things together and come out with the course design?
Next, who review the output - such as course/training material? Do you get some credible or industry people or even the authorities involved? Do you review it in conjunction with the client or his representative and get their approval for each stage?
Actually it not that difficult, just document what your people do and then identify them to see if they are input, output, verification, validation, etc. Bearing in mind that there could be a few cycle of verification & validation.
I'll let others chime in.

Thank you for your reply.
We are consultants for Enterprise Architecture (It's not a building architecture). EA use various business methods and tools to understand and document the structure of an enterprise such as: business strategies, metrics, business capabilities, business processes, information resources, business systems, and networking infrastructure within the enterprise.
we also have partnership with several vendors such as ORACLE, TOGAF, TELELOGIC and many more; and we conduct their training based on customers needs either on-site or off-site.
In a nutshell, we are almost doing what other business cosultants do. :)
hope that I made it more clear now...
