looking for sources of labels to put on medical device cables, see example pic attached
this is a label example on a ms keyboard
they seem to hold very well over time and the have a notch in the middle which reduced the tendency to straigthen itself and become undone (common problem with dymo, brother etc labels)

i could not find sheets with blanc labels of this type at the usual places
anyone has a lead?

needs to stand up to test per 60601-1
so far best material is polyester with high tack solvent based glue
combined with thermal transfer printing with proper ribbon

for this application of labels on a medical device i would like to use laser printable labels

need low volumes so most bigger suppliers are not interested

For the lot number on the sensor cable we use the Avery laser label and print on them ourself. This has been working well for us.
