Hello,

I am trying to find some visual 5S type equipment vendors. We have an area within our plant which has 5-10 zones in which a 5S checklist/audit is done at the beginning of each shift on paper. There has been a request to visually automate this by having a red/green light type system that could be triggered by switch or swipe card and then have a master reset.

Is there anything out there that could accomplish this?

Anyone have any recommendations?

Are you thinking andon or "stack lights", AKA "tower lights"?

Indeed this is what I am looking for. I have contacted the vendor for some suggestions on how we may get this to work with their wireless units.
