What's with the little "Live Topic" icons - http://elsmar.com/Forums/images/statusicon/thread_livetopic.gif - next to forums that appear after I submit a new post?

Scott, It means that Fellow-Covers are working on the same thread at the same time (I believe). Jan. Marc 27th February 2009, 02:42 PM Yup - If you 'idle' in a thread and someone posts within 5 minutes (I think that's what the timer is set for) instead of having to reload the thread to see if there are any responses in that 5 minutes, the software now auto-magically loads the new post. It will also show you if someone edits their post while you're 'idling' on it. Attached is a 'Post Edit' notice. In very busy forums it's kinda neat when a thread is getting a lot of people replying in a short amount of time. That doesn't happen so much here, but I thought what the heck.
