HI everyone
I am looking for an examples of Quality Record Master List ( only records), to help; me in constructing our list. I wana some examples if you have to get some ideas about the content of this list. or if anyone have templates for this list

These are 2 good examples provided but of course ISO 9001 does not demand a master list of records. I usually include the records to be retained at the end of each procedure rather than have a single list.

I treat blank forms as controlled documents and have a master list. The OP was asking about records which are not issue controlled but kept as evidence of events which have taken place.

I just wanted that clarified, as there may be thread readers who haven't internalized the difference, and didn't know forms should be controlled differently.
