Our company is rather new with automotive checkfixtures, design concepts, construction and qualification.

Note: we are specifically dealing with Toyota as our end customer.

What I am hoping to find, is a good example of a checklist for the development and approval for checkfixtures.

As a background note, we are an injection molding company making interior seat parts and some door parts.

Terry, I am a fixture designer / builder and during the last 15 years have made fixtures for alot of the tier 1's who supply almost every car manufacture in north America. HALF of them have their standards, So that being said the other half DO NOT have Fixture standards. For the one's who do not have them - we use our own which are industry specific i.e. stampers, molders, fabrications.
