hi everyone!
i am planning a project about copq (cost of poor quality). my company is a service company, and i am identify the cost of poor quality but i cant identify exactly some of poor cost. some office to identify the cost is human, retail, warehouse, warranty, executive and purchase. thank you very much.:thanx:

Welcome Nguyen,

Whether it is manufacturing or service, I think it is easier to identify it by looking at the cost elements and classifications. Have a look at cost of poor quality.
