See in actual situation I have been given some non-technical persons also for final inspection area. Though we have put them in the work like passing the material with attribute gauges provided to them; i wanted to promote them in the means of basic things required for any inspectors like handling the inst, least count, tolerance, basic drg symbols, etc. Do anyone have a format or training method that includes basic need for the inspectors working in mechanical engineering line. It would be more helpful to me in improving my employees for higher grade.
