View Full Version : How do QFD (Quality Function Deployment) & KANO MODEL fit in a quality system? KHAN786 13th March 2000, 06:49 PM I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THE QUALITY FUNCTION DIAGRAM AND KANO MODEL FIT INTO THE QUALITY SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS! ARE THEY ADDITIONS OR REQUIREMENTS OF ISO/QS9000.TO WHICH STANDARD TO THEY APPLY! I believe if you embrace QFD/HOQ then you will satisfy most of the APQP requirements. The Kano model could also be used to demonstrate your policies for customer satisfaction.
