Hi,
I working in a company and we are doing manual paint process and we are NADCAP accredited for 3 years. We need to put SPC in place for NADCAP. Do anyone have experience with SCP in manual paint?
Thanks

I understand that yours is a process industry.
If your output is baed on the single batch process you can try for the SPC tool "Individual and moving range control chart".

This part of the checklist has changed over time and the current focus is more on CI that strict SPC. That is unless you have a flow down requirement from one of the primes.
A good referance is the ARP9013 series documents which are required if you are putting a plan in place for Boeing.
Since you are past your initial audit you need to have to have sections A2 and A3 in the appendix (attached) addressed
