Is there a website where you can go to check to see if a regulation has changed? Is there an email list you can subscribe to that will alert you when certain regulations change? How does your company handle changing regulations?

Thank you in advance for your time and attention!

I subscribe to the IHS standards service (http://www.ihs.com/). For a fee this gives you access to a whole host of national and international standards - you can then set up a notification on the system so that you receive an email when a standard changes, or an update is released.

I have yet to come across a standard that I cannot obtain from this service, so I am a very satisfied customer.

Regards,

Jimmy

I use SAIG's Standard Watch which has just been expanded - http://infostore.saiglobal.com/store/GetPage.aspx?path=/publishing/shop/pages/AboutSWatch.htm

I have been using Standardswatch email alerts since 2002 - once you create and enter your watch list then you get regular emails on all new standards and drafts - set and forget. My predecessor had let things get out of control - with Standardswatch I've kept it in control without huge effort.

they sell standards too

I use IHS they are very good, but I am also based in the UK so i am not sure how good it would be for anyone outside.

Our corporate subscription is used globally by the quality and regulatory organisation (~150 sites in 25 countries), so IHS are capable of global access accounts. They are certainly much easier than trying to track them down via multiple standards organisations. I have not used Standardswatch but it sounds like the same sort of service.
