Hello.
I am trying to obtain some information regarding calibrating threaded plug gage 1/2-20 UNF 2B STI. Inforamtion that im seeking is as follows:
Go member pitch diameter tolerance.
Go member major diameter plus tolerance.
Nogo member pitch diameter tolerance.
Nogo member major diameter plus tolerance.
If anyone can provide me with this information or even a formula to calculate these unknows i would be very gratefull.

Ps. I know when you recive a gage from the manufacturer it comes with a protective wax on go and no go members. Where can this be purachased?

See the attached chart. No endorsement of the business that produced it is intended. You might want to get yourself a copy of Machinery's Handbook (http://new.industrialpress.com/node/976) which has just about everything you might want to know about industrial materials and standards.

I have tried every possible resource incuding machinerys handbook so far what i found is:
Go major and pitch diameter and tolerance
No go pitch diameter but no luck with the major diameter dimesnion!
