Can anyone tell me approx what it would cost to get a TS16949 company of 100 employees certified to ISO14001? Also, what the annual costs would be over and above the TS costs?

Your best bet would be to get quotes from Registrars that provide that service.

It really depends upon the complexity of the product and what systems are currently in place (as to implementation costs).

As to maintenance costs, as Coury says it depends upon the specific registrar. As I understand it there's pretty good competition right now so you may even be able to get one or two to 'bargain' with you. The key is typically the number of mandays the registrar wants for a 100 person company. But other factors can come into play such as travel and lodging expenses and such.

There's a couple spreadsheets I've used from some years back you might be able to get some ideas from.
