Hi!

I'm looking for a training developed by GM in 2001-2003.. it was for mislabeling. It was part of bulletin 1435 and 4118. However, looking into GMSupplier portal and the oldest bulletins are from 2006 (7XXX number). Does anybody has access to these bulletins? or the training?
