I guess a little of both lol.. not necessarily work instructions but basic stradegys and standard guideline posters

See if the attachment can work for you. The one '5S Cycle' was prepared by me in Photoshop. I have it in bigger size (4200 X 5700 for printing large sized posters) .psd image but due to size limitation, I am unable to post it here.
