Does anyone have a PPAP audit check sheet?

I am looking for a checklist/sheet to audit our PPAP’s against the current process. This will allow me to document the audit and make sure that I am looking at everything that I need to.

Thanks!
:thanx:

The PPAP checklist is based on the PPAP submission requirements of each of your customers. The PPAP manual provides the general requirements, but your customer makes the call on submission level and actual contents.

Hopefully the contents reflect the actual status of your processes and products. The applicable Core Tool guidelines can be of help as well.

I have attached a blank PPAP checklist. To be fair to your vendors, you should provide them with the same checklist you intend to check against - especially if you are doing a partial PPAP for a specific change. For example, if you do not expect appearance data, check N/A so that they know for sure.

The XXXXXX's should be replaced with your company's name.

That's a pretty nice checklist. :agree1: I would just point out that for #12 (Qualified Laboratory Documentation), only evidence of lab accreditation (scope and certificate) should be addressed; test reports are covered in Element 10.
