Hi Guys
Anyone here running a TPM Plant. I am trying to put together a master plan for the admin pillar and was wondering if anyone had some examples or comments on such? I don't want it to be too detailed as the current company is just getting off the ground wrt TPM. The admin Pillar here is currently focusing on Stores, so its basic 5S and critical stock, ABC-VD Analysis of stock, stockout issues etc.
