Though, I didn't find anything cool about it, I do have a suggestion.

You can move the Sr. Finance Manager and everything below it to the outside, and push Manager-Coordination and everything below it inside, to make it more visibly enhanced.

Good Clear to the point however I would agree with Sam4Quality on Switching the Management Coordinator and Sr Finance Manager.

May be you can move the cadre alignment to accommodate this.

Excel is not the most user friendly way of producing an organogram.

This is the first time I've seen an org chart referred to as an "organogram," which sounds to me like a urologist's diagnostic tool. I've also never seen "cadre" used in this way, and think that perhaps "evil cabal" would be a better term.
