Hi there, hope everyone is ok
I have one question for which I think i already know the answer, but my instincts still require me to double check with the experts.
Due to the current situation, my company is in the process of merging and in the process we are closing several facilities. The products manufactured in those facilities will be transfered to another already installed location.
Obviously the customer has been notified and is well aware of the situation.
Now, regarding "Sub-suppliers", Do we need anything else other than an "updated" PSW to reflect new delivery location?
Thank you for your comments.

It will be for your customers to decide the extent of new PPAP submissions, but I doubt that many will settle for just a PSW when manufacturing is being transferred to a different facility.

Let me clarify a little bit more
My company will close down one facility (A) and move all manbufacturing activities to another one (B).
My question was in regards to the administration of MY sub-suppliers, will i only need to ask of them a new PSW?
They will continue to supply the same product under the same spec's, the thing that will change is that they will now ship to a new location (B).
I hope this is a bit clearer
Thanks Jim

Sorry, I obviously misunderstood. There's no reason I can think of to require any sort of PPAP submission. Nothing is changing for your suppliers except a ship-to address.

Nothing changes for your sub-supplier, but what about transportation between the supplier and your company?
To protect your company: Think about any changes in transportation (type, duration, packing type, returnable vs expendable, quantity of containers, more/less frequent deliveries) and storarge method (warehouse, heat, moisture, shelf life, etc).

if any change in your process need , pls see the PPAP 4th manual . but only transportation with your sub-supplier, then you needless to update your PSW .
