Hi Guys,

i'm going to plan internal audit for my organization somewhere in early week of June. Does anyone has an example of audit schedule ( TS and ISO14001). Please help.

Thank you
Rgds,
Murugan

Hi Murugan:

Would these help you out?

I am not too sure it would benefit for TS16949. You can modify it to your requirements.

Ciao.

Also look at the second thread in the 'similar discussion threads' box below for other templates.

I guess we're tossing "results of previous audits and importance" aside?

Hi Sam,

Thank you very much for your templates. i got some idea out of it. also i got some other examples from other thread as Harry mentioned.

Actually what i'm trying to get to know is that , when we prepare schedule for TS and ISO 14001, how do we schedule common processes such as internal audit, management review, control of records and control of documents. currently i have 2 schedule , one for TS and another one for ISO 14001. Is it better if i integrate the schedule? or remain separate schedule. Any idea, please.

Thank you

You are most welcome! I am glad the samples and examples gave you a certain idea on developing a schedule.

From what I understand out of your question, I think internal audits, management reviews, records control and document control are processes that need to be audited with the Management Representative (or whoever is responsible for managing QA in your company) as the auditee. So, these would be considered as processes under QA in terms of preparing a schedule and auditing. However, during auditing other departments, you may cross check with them what you might have checked with the MR. For example, an audit conducted on training can be cross checked with the auditee to verify the authenticity of that audit.

On scheduling both standards, I would prefer an integrated schedule, which helps conduct the audit proactively and IMO saves times too. However, since I am not well-versed with TS which is a technical standard, I suggest you wait for some more replies from people involved with TS to get a more satisfying answer.

I am guessing the above "results of previous audits and importance" need to be included in the schedule??? :bonk:

Need to be considered when scheduling the audit program.
