is it must do lab analysis for Pesticides ?I am no expert in HACCP, but let me try common sense. If pesticides might be present in the incoming products and your washing/cleaning process can not guarantee it's removal, thus representing a risk to the downstream recipients, including consumers, how could you justify NOT evaluating the product for pesticides?

What part of SAFETY in food safety is hard to understand?

I do not deal with vegetables but we do have raw nuts! If you are using ISO 22000 or HACCP, you have identified all risks which should include pesticides.

At that point you either need to be able to show 100% confidence in your process to remove pesticides to an acceptable level (and keep product separated) or conduct tests to verify that an acceptable level has been reached.

It does not sound like you have confidence so I would agree with Sidney that testing is in order.
