I am 28 year old post graduate student from Malaysia University of Industrial Chemistry.

After my graduation, I'm have working experience as a QA Executive in food supplement and pharmaceutical industry.

I am the first employee was hire under QA department my current employer. This two year I'm helping to set up a QA Plan such as (Incoming, in-process and out going inspection, Sampling Plan, Environmental Monitoring, Contract Analysis, Product Complaint and Recall), Production Plan such as (batching system, Storage Racking System,FIFO, Traceability, etc), Malaysia Biological and Pharmaceutical Product Registration and Good Manufacturing Practice.

I am able to communicate in several of languages ( Mandarin, English, Malay) and good passion in work.

Due to exposure my knowledge, i willing to work at oversea

Looking for a job is like trying to sell a product. Even if you are willing to offer, there must be a need. Not just a general need but need for the specific product that you are offering - in this case your skill & know how.

If you really want (instead of just wishing), you need to do your homework.

About the target country: Do they have a need? The economic situation there? The legal situation? (I was given to understand that because of EU and so on, there's preference in UK for East Europeans over Asians even for Doctors)

About youself: What extra do you have? Are your qualifications recognized? Are you able to meet the criteria for work permit? Are you able to adapt? These are some of the items you need to consider. I understand that there are people who still go over and often getting much lower wages than they should - often because of inablilty to meet some criterias.

In my opinion, a bi/tri-lingual guy should serve well as a bridge for foreign companies going to invest in China. Maybe you should think about it.

I'm knew is hard to seek a job at UK cause they are more preference for East Europeans over Asians. But i believe if I'm do not apply job from there, sure 100% can't get it. I willing to get much lower wages that East Europeans.

I willing to learn and adapt myself for UK working culture and environment. However, i will introduce and train good Asian culture for them.

The only thing I'm worry is my certificate. Cause I'm study at Malaysia Local University, Hopefully they can recognize my qualification.

I am a tri-lingual guy. I'm not only can help serve well as a bridge for uk companies going to invest in China and Taiwan but also can help in Indonesia and Malaysia Market. Cause i can communicate with Malay.

Ps: Indonesia is the largest population and develop Country in South-Earth Asia.

FYI

I get a few UK pharmaceutical recruitment companies who frequently contact us (a small medical device company) to see if there are any QA positions available. So although I do not wish to sound negative, I think it is currently a difficult market in the UK, even for well qualified people. However, have a look at www.pharmatalentpool.com.

So sad now. Majority of them are required candidates already be based in the UK and hold valid visas/work permits to work in the UK.

Even my qualification, skills and experience are match with the criteria but they are unable to hire me.

Let me share about my current working background

I am a tri-lingual guy. I can serve well as a bridge for your companies going to invest in China and Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and other Asia Market. Cause i can communicate with Malay and Madrian.

Moreover, I am Multi-skillful persona. Cause at my current company i am not only work at QA department. I'm also doing production planning, product traceability, product recall, product complaint, Calibration, pest Control, Technician personal hygiene, Sanitation schedule, Training, SOP writing.

On the other hand, I also set up a sampling plan to store all incoming Raw/ packaging material, Bulk & intermediate product, finished product for product complaint and stability test.

However, my current company didn't invest laboratories. So I did a contract analysis with a outside lab for lab analysis. ( During my university life, I was handling a lot instrument such as HPLC, GC, AAS, Wet chemistry and etc. Due to costly issue, we decide to do a contract analysis.)

Our GMP certificated was certified by Malaysia National Pharmaceutical Bureau Control ( one of community member PIC/S). I'm also attending HACCP Training last month. My current company is a animal feed manufacturer. We produce poultry and swine premix in Malaysia market and also Asia country. Contaminated feed will indirectly affect to us, cause consumption of poultry and swine. In short, safety, quality and efficacy product is the main Mission to us.


To reduce my work and more efficacies and focus to monitor every aspect of work, training has been given to them. Nowadays, my job scope more focuses on training, monitoring and documentation.

Hopefully you can give me a chance for serve your company. The reason I want to leave Malaysia, because I want to explore myself and better lifestyle for my family. Cause I am very upset every particular of development in Malaysia, such as politic, economic, social and criminal issue.
