Dear Friends,
Any body can explain dan give example to me for what kind of the subject (requirements) which can become non-conformance in OHSMS.
Example for QMS, for non-conformance are: 1. Complaint from cumstomer, 2. There is non-conformance during inspection to products, 3. Information from supplier there is non-conformance on their products.
thank you, domo arigatou, shieh-shieh.
Regards,
Johny

1st, customers and suppliers are not generally covered under OHSAS 18001 as they are in ISO 9001 so you may be mixing apples and oranges...
Suppliers can have an effect on OHS under 4.4.6 and 4.3.1, but not because they are late in delivery or related to any other pure quality problem
2nd, just look in Section 3 of OHSAS 18001 and you'll find nonconformity defiend simply as a non-fulfillment of a requirement...
...3.11 nonconformity
non-fulfilment of a requirement
[ISO 9000:2005, 3.6.2; ISO 14001, 3.15]
NOTE A nonconformity can be any deviation from:
• relevant work standards, practices, procedures, legal requirements, etc.
• OH&S management system (3.13) requirements.
