Though not specifically for your line of business, you can modify it to suit your needs because the requirements are quite general in nature. I will let others with experience in ISO 17025 chime in on whether there are special needs to take care. How does contract review apply to testing samples in a laboratory? Are you referring to contracting with an outside (independent) lab? If so, have you reviewed terms of service for any such labs? Ajit Basrur 17th May 2009, 11:28 AM We usually have Quality Agreements with the contract laboratories on how they will receive samples, samples handling, testing methods, reporting of results and so on. Did you consider this sort of Quality Agreements ? |
