Dear Friends

i am working at glass tube factory for flurscent lamp 40 watt and 20 watt

our supplier is big lamp factories

we supply them the glass bulb " tube "

they working with MIL STD for inspect the attribute , they ask me about AQL for a type of defect

AQL for Major defect
AQL for Minor defect
AQL for Secondary defect

they define Lot as the production of one day


please any one help me

Do you have a specific question? I'm you can find the definition of AQL in many places including this site's wiki, but my guess is they are asking for your products' AQL's for various defects. Do you have specifications for your products? Normally AQL levels for given defects are state in product specs, and you should tolerate less major defects, and more minor defects.

Do you do quality control testing on manufactured batches?

Your customer is probably referring to MIL-STD-105. See this link (http://www.sqconline.com/mil-std-105.html) , click on the AQL, more info link to the right then scroll down to AQL.
