Dear All,
Where can I find the proper spec? could you tell me that? Thank you! It seems that the spec is related to GAGE, FILLET AND RADIUS.

FED GGG-G-17C
GAGE, GENERAL PURPOSE (SUPERSEDING GGG-G-17B) (NO S/S DOCUMENT)
Federal Specifications and Standards / 26-Jun-1987 / 30 pages
AMENDED by FED GGG-G-17C Notice 1 - Cancellation
I am not too sure if this is the one you are referring to (http://www.techstreet.com/cgi-bin/detail?product_id=3245).

Apparently, these are old Government Standards which may not be in use today. We have a thread here on GGG-G-15 which was cancelled in 1999. (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?t=928)

Sorry, I have no idea if it's still in use or there are replacements/substitutes. But I do see products on sale that are said to comply with this standard.
Perhaps somebody from the calibration community can chime in.

Since your profile does not list your country I cannot give you specific information on where to obtain these two documents.
GGG-G-15 Gage Blocks and Accessories (Inch and Metric), canceled without replacement by U.S. Government.
GGG-G-17 Gage, General Purpose, canceled without replacement by U.S. Government.
Here in the United States I have used the following organization, which also has international offices:
IHS
15 Inverness Way East
Englewood CO 80112
United States
Phone: 303-397-7956 or 800-854-7179
Fax: 303-397-2740
Web: http://global.ihs.com
Both of these documents are still available from IHS but are now superseded by ASME or ISO Standards. Perform a specific title search to find a national or international standard you are looking for.
Good Luck
