View Full Version : "Stakeholder" Survey on ISO14001

As some of you will know I am at the early stages of 14001. I want to create a survey / questionaire to send to customers and a seperate one for the company. My idea is to try and gain some value added feedback to boost the budget being made avaiable for the implementation and ongoing.

Has anybody done this before? Does anybody have an idea of what sorts of questions will give the best return?

Just to clarify the "value added" side is in 2 parts... from customers I want to see if they have any support programs or if ISO14001 will make any difference in their purchasing models. 2nd is to inform the company (internal) what we are planning to do, give them awareness and get some initial feedback.

For the customer side, you may want to think of using informal channels - your sales people to their purchasing people. If relations are good you can often get more information than through the formal/official way.
