Does anybody have an example of audit plan to cover processes in iso 14001:2005?? Or at least some suggestion (e.g. how to group processes from standard )?
I am talking about a 3rd party audit....it's for my personal trainig as a (future?) 3rd party auditor.

The processes aren't defined in the standard, they should be defined by the organization. Perhaps you could get the processes for a company, then come back for suggestions on how to develop an audit plan for them.

The simple answer is that any checklist based on ISO 14000 isn't any good to you. A key point you might be missing here is that the organization has to develop and implement their EMS to meet the ISO 14K requirements. An audit would then be performed to that EMS, and hence a compliance statement made concerning the degree to which the system a) is implemented and b) complies with the 14K requirements, can be made.
So, what you're asking for cannot be reasonably (i.e usefully) answered here - you'd be best developing your own checklist/plan based on a specific EMS. Which is partly the reason why a CB has to perform an on-site stage 1 audit - for planning purposes. Your (prospective chosen) CB should train you on their approach to this subject.

An audit plan is relevant to the organization, the specific EMS, the results of previous audits and the environmental importance of the activities, products and services.
No it's not hard at all, but a generic audit plan is really about as useful as teeth to a chicken.
You want a plan? Start at 4.2 go thru to 4.6 and finish with 4.1
