So...looking for a place able to certify a radiometer (digital read-out, WL sensor, UVL sensor) located in Quebec or Ontario (provinces)...

The calibration companies that I know of in Quebec and Ontario are:

Ulrich metrology, Primo Instruments, Staveley Calibration services, Pylon (Ottawa), CMC Electronics.

Did you ever try TRANSCAT. I think they have labs in Canada as well.
