I think we could learn a lot from smurfs if only they were real.

Nope...not enough women in their community to suit me.

Also, having an entire population working equally towards the common good of said population looks good on paper but usually fails in practice.

I think we can learn a lot about human beings by studying which of them like smurfs, and which feel the smurf lifestyle is not as lovely as it would seem.:notme::lmao:

Nothing that we shouldn't have already learned. But I still wonder about where Momma Smurf went.
IMHO the cartoon that taught you something was the Road Runner.
You're on your own, no one else is going to come to your rescue.
Use the environment (trucks, rocks, cliffs, etc.) for your advantage.
Always be alert.
Anything advertised for free (bowl of food, etc.) will always have a catch, look out for it.
Depend on yourself and your ability to get out of bad situations. If others help, it's a benefit.
Spend your money wisely and do the research before you spend.
As Clint would say "A man has to know his limitations". Learn them and set your goals accordingly.
Failure is not an end in itself. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again.
Hang on the your receipts, you never know when you'll need to return a faulty product.
Sometimes you just have to scratch your head and wonder "how the he[[ did he do that?"
Planning + Execution doesn't always = success.
A fool and his money is soon parted (unless you bought stock in ACME).
And Keep it simple.

Enough for now. Beep, Beep.

Come on, think about all the attention you'd get.

hmmm....having worked as many years as I have in a "man's industry" and being the only woman in the shop for quite a few of them, I can understand why Momma Smurf left. :tg:
