Go/No Go tap gage vs. Go/No Go thread gage? Are these the same?
I came across a question on the best way on how to measure a tapped hole - Answer A= Go/No Go Tap and anwer B= Go/No go plug gage and C= A threaded ring gage.

Now I now what a ring gage is and I know a plug gage as well, but what is a Go/No Go Tap gage? Is this the same as a Thread Plug Gage?

"Go/No Go Tap" ≠ "Go/No Go Tap Gage." Answer "A" refers to a tap, not a tap gage.

ETA: Also, there is no such thing as a Go/No Go tap, so you can be pretty sure that "A" is not the right answer.
