When we make a quotation fo the customer we have to take into consideration a lots of questions which are part of APQP (eg.: review of dwgs, work plans, defining suplliers, defining new equipments and toolings, and so on....) prior to sending it.
My question is: the quotation process is part of APQP process in this case???

Yes it is.

True, and that's what should start the APQP process.

Simply stated: APQP starts at the very first contact with an actual and/or a prospective customer.
