View Full Version : What we must do to transfer from HACCP to ISO 22000 tech4arab 10th June 2009, 08:39 PM what is missing and we must to do to get ISO 22000 we already had HACCP tech4arab 10th June 2009, 08:57 PM i hope to know what is new in ISO 22000 and is not applied in HACCP tsmith7858 11th June 2009, 09:34 AM HACCP is basically section 7 of ISO 22000. If you have a good HACCP plan you you should be okay with that section. The rest of ISO 22000 is basically in line with ISO 9000 so if you have ISO 9000 in place you may already have what you need. If not than you will need: A copy of the standard Document/Records Control (food safety related, appropriate to your process) Management Commitment Resourse Commitment Validation/Verifaction (Audits, Continous Improvement) While you are at it, you may want to reference PAS 220 for Pre requisite Program information. It will prepare you for FSSC 22000. tech4arab 11th June 2009, 09:37 AM what is the reference PAS 220 tsmith7858 11th June 2009, 09:41 AM It is a Publically Available Specification that outlines requirements for pre requisite programmes. Do an internet search on PAS 220 and you will find the information. tech4arab 11th June 2009, 09:51 AM ok can u explain what is OPRPs i get Lead Auditor course , the tutor told us to determine PORPs we can determine all Hazards the hazard whic is classified as CCp or GMPs will be OPRPs is this right ? tsmith7858 11th June 2009, 10:21 AM There are several threads on OPRPs that are already started. Use the "Search" tool on the tool bar above and enter "OPRP" Read through them and see if they help clarify things for you. everfresh 14th October 2009, 07:27 AM Hello, Please tell me the difference between HACCP and ISO 22000 Certification.
