HACCP is basically section 7 of ISO 22000. If you have a good HACCP plan you you should be okay with that section. The rest of ISO 22000 is basically in line with ISO 9000 so if you have ISO 9000 in place you may already have what you need.

If not than you will need:

A copy of the standard
Document/Records Control (food safety related, appropriate to your process)
Management Commitment
Resourse Commitment
Validation/Verifaction (Audits, Continous Improvement)

While you are at it, you may want to reference PAS 220 for Pre requisite Program information. It will prepare you for FSSC 22000.

It is a Publically Available Specification that outlines requirements for pre requisite programmes.

Do an internet search on PAS 220 and you will find the information.

There are several threads on OPRPs that are already started. Use the "Search" tool on the tool bar above and enter "OPRP"

Read through them and see if they help clarify things for you.

Hello,

Please tell me the difference between HACCP and ISO 22000 Certification. Which certification is best for dairy farm? Also guide me about the documentation/ content for both.
