It seems I am in abit of a pickle and requiring Elsmar Cove's help again!!

I have a Customer looking at a new product called "Sustainable Mail" started by the UK Company Royal Mail. And basically its a price reduction upon their product...

To ensure "us" as a Envelope Supplier we need to adhere to certain criteras for our Customer to be eligable for this Sustainable Mail.

Our Company is looking at ISO14001 at the moment, but ofcourse this is a long term project for us. But, for us to be able to comply to this "Sustainable Mail" we need to show Phases 1,2 and 3 of the BS 8555 standard or to have ISO 14001 in place (which we know we cannot meet quickly)...

So my question and asking for help starts here... What, Where and How do i look at finding help and examples relating to the BS 8555 standard?

I know that the 1st 3 phases are:
Phase 1
Establish a baseline and securing management commitment
Phase 2
Checking and ensuring compliance with legal obligations
Phase 3
Developing objectives, targets and programmes

Is anyone able to provide me with more indepth information on what i need to comply to for this? Any document examples? Checklists, anything to get me started and an idea of what this document should look like...!!
