GO WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:agree1:
You can certainly see the difference in the organizations and the class of the players when Pittsburgh resorts to smash tactics and crying when they are loosing and the Wings just play out the game hard and move on....

Well, the 2nd period is almost over, and Detroit is down 2-ZIP. They are not playing very well.....
Pittsburgh might just walk away with this one.

It broke my heart. Not so much losing, but the lack of effort the Wings showed in the last 2 games.
Game 7 they played, it seemed, trying not to lose and not playing to win. Couldn't have lost to worse team, it's just sad really.:(

Don't feel to bad Randy, many teams have fallen to the City of Champions! The Stanley Cup will look good sitting with the six pack of Lombardi Trophies. :applause:
You always have the Lions to root for... :lmao:

It's easy to be on the band wagon when they win, I wouldn't know what that was with the Lions!
But a true fan isn't one that follows the team only when they win. I have been a Lions fan since the 60's and will continue to follow them.
I was a Wings fan back in the 70's when they were known as the Dead Wings so if I didn't feel bad then I'm not a real fan.
I survived the Tigers finishing last, Michigan Footballs worse season in school history, an 0-16 Lions season so Cindy Crosby winning the cup isn't going to kill me. (Glutton for Punishment)
We'll see how the Pens fair next year. Most Cup winners never make it past the 1st round the following year so we'll really see what kind of team they have. It other words, was 1 cup enough?
Besides, we saw what Cindy was made of when he snubbed shaking Lidstroms hand. Real Captain material there, I know Stevy Y didn't do that when the Devils swept us in the Finals. But then again, he is still known as "The Captain".
