Im trying to come up with a defect chart/graph for a cosmetic process we do on a part. Hopefully someone can help out on a graph or any tools that will help me show the data we are collecting. Basically its a zoned print(9 zones) with 12 possible defects.. So i can break down what major defects are happening on not only the entire part but area specific.

This sounds like a pictogram (concentration diagram) with symbols by defect type to collect the data. Pareto charts could then be superimposed over the print zones for analysis and reporting.
