Have you looked at the documentation available on the PEFC website (http://www.pefc.org/internet/html/documentation.htm)? Did you see the response to your related post (http://elsmar.com/Forums/showthread.php?p=319410#poststop)?

Thanor the reply. I saw the answer to my last thread, but haven't had achance to read. As for the PEFC, my client informed me yesterday that he wants to get certification to both standards at the same time. I've downloaded the manual and that's about it
Will this require two different quality manuals?
This is a factory that I was invited to to carry out a ISO 9901 audit and be cause they don't hav a technical leader at the moment they asked me to get involved in both the FSC and the PEFC, and I'm still struggling with the Chain of Custody system that is applicable in this case and any help will be so appreciated

Have you tried contacting a certification body such as BM Trada? I believe they can certify both FSC and PEFC at the same time.
