My organization is starting a new endeavor with General Motors (GM). I am used to dealing with requirements for "KPCs." However, on this project, they are interested in "QPCs." I was wondering if anyone can offer a definition of a QPC and where there might be a good text to review the difference between a KPC and a QPC. I thank everyone for reading and any assistance they might be able to provide. John :thanx:

As far as I know PQC is Procurement Quality Control.

Are there any GM people here who can shed some light on this?

I'm not familiar with QPC or PQC (whichever it is), but since you seem to be dealing directly with GM, you should have access to their supplier requirements. Have you asked GM for help with this? Someone might yet pop up here with information, but it's best to get it from the horse's mouth if you can. From the sound of it, it seems like KPC and QPC deal with different categories.
