Marc 18th September 2001, 11:57 PM Jacob, Do a Search here in the forums using 'EFQM' (sans quotes) as the search term. I know there are a couple of threads here that address the EFQM Model. I do not recall any recent comparisons of the EFQM Model vs. Baldrige off hand. We do prefer that users take a few minutes and check, using searches, to see if there is already information on their questions. As you can understand, we are all donating our time and do not always have time to 'immediately' do a Search for you. Nor do we do research. In addition, be aware that often it is a day or two before someone will respond to a question. There is no one just sitting here waiting for questions to answer or anything like that.
