Are there aerobic microbes that might escape? What about the workers who do the maintenance--is there a proper disinfection/isolation routine that accounts for them traipsing through the production area while contaminated? These are rhetorical questions; I don't expect you to answer them, but these are things you need to consider, along with local laws and regulations. If you're not familiar with all of the considerations that determine what's acceptable, you need to get familiar. |
