Hi Experts,

My company produces medical electric devices. We have some test equipments installed directly into the line for 100% testing.
Our customer wants to make capability analisys for the specifications tested 100% by test equip. Does it make sense if it is not a certain sampling?? On the other hand the test equipment provided by custumer.

Thank you in advance,

Valeria

Sure, they may be seriously interested in what the variation is, especially if they think it is affecting the product performance. Sounds like 100% is attribute (pass/fail), and they need data to establish the distribution.

Now, to do both all of the time....that might be worth a requote...
