I am back in the forum after a long time.

I was laid off due to recession affecting our design center badly.

After a gap of 4 months I am back as Quality man in one of the MBA COLLEGE.

My Top management has a goal to Implement QMS(ISO9001) at Academics, Administration, Evaluation

Earlier my area of work was into Manufacturing Industries.

Request our friends for help in providing some examples of the process and forms or Templates (excel) Example of Internal audit reports etc.

what´s the scope of the QMS going to be ? Your processes will be based on the scope...

Auditing will have the same report... checking processes mapped, KPI´s, interaction, upper managemet review etc......etc.... etc....
