S30100 is Allegheny Ludlum Type 301 stainless steel (301 Stainless) and is available in several conditions. You could start by looking up some of these: AMS-5517, AMS-5518, AMS-5519, ASTM-A-666.

Thank you very much! but I still doubt that is there any spec named AISI 301 which I found by GOOGLE searching? UNS S30100 indicates some certain steel bars? I mean I need the spec only related to stainless steel bar, thank you in advance!
