Hi all,
First of all let me apologise for my recent absence from here over the last 6 months, my social, work and academic life have been pressing my time considerably!
Anyway, as part of our attempts to build more beneficial relationships with our suppliers, we are hoping to develop a supplier satisfaction questionnaire where we can assess how our suppliers feel about us and the way we work together. Of course we are seeking ways to improve this relationship where we can and this will help.
I was wondering whether anyone already utilised such an approach and how it has worked out? Does anyone have any examples of the types of questions that have been effective?
Any comments etc... would be welcome.
TIA,
