There is some success in my present organisation from imlementation of Quality systems. It is appreciated by the management and as a next step, the procedures are written for accounts department. I am unable to get the related ISO9001 standard cross reference. I referenced credit note procedure under 8.5.2. But lost references on other procedures. Can anyone help?

The attached file may be of some help to you. It was posted sometimes back in the cove , and I found it pretty useful.For a better process mapping we would like to know in detail about your processes and final poduct.

I am sure if you are including the F&A in to your QMS you would have a better control over it.
