It is quite reasonable, you are designing a production process in a different place. Some of the process may be a copy but other aspects can be different: people, training, environmant floor layout, new machines etc.etc Kales Veggie 24th August 2009, 10:04 PM I'm curious... Start with the complete APQP checklist in the APQP manual. Decide what applies to your situation to minimize the risk of the move. (might include an exit PPAP, not in the APQP manual per se). |
