I hope this paper (http://www.who.int/occupational_health/regions/en/oeheurgoodpractice.pdf) from the World Health Organization is useful to you. harry 31st August 2009, 08:02 AM I did a fair bit of googling and cannot find this term used anywhere. I supposed it is a matter of semantics (different usage of words in different areas). I think the equivalent is 'Industrial Best Practices' (http://www.google.com.my/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADBR_enMY282MY284&q=industrial+best+practices). Similar to GLP (good laboratory practices), GMP, GCP and many others. Simply, it means good practices of specific sectors or specialities that are accepted all over the world. |
